Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Leader to drive end-to-end technical leadership, operations, solution architecture and governance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and innovative digital workplace solutions for complex enterprise environments.

• Lead PoCs, pilots and innovation initiatives including Copilot and AI solutions.
• Define security, compliance and governance controls.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews and mentoring.
• Engage stakeholders and act as trusted advisor for digital workplace transformation.
• Lead M365 migration, modernization and transformation projects.
