Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification; willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members to prepare and set up in restaurants; ensure utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Assist guests on requests and up-selling; be well-versed in all menu items.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
