Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a proactive engineer to solve yield and quality issues by developing measurement recipes that provide quick feedback on product integrity. The role collaborates with R&D fabrication teams and global CST discussions, sets up tool qualification criteria, and uses SPC charts to monitor performance while driving continuous improvement across Micron fabs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all levels.
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are desirable.
Interest in the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Solve yield or quality issues by developing fast measurement recipes.
Participate in R&D fab startup with US team.
Engage in CST discussions for best-known-method sharing across the network.
Set up tool qualification criteria and monitor with SPC charts.
Collaborate with Engineering Operations to optimize tool maintenance.
Develop projects to enhance inline detection, efficiency, and cost reductions.
Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve daily work and outcomes.
Ensure team training on recipe maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool maintenance.
Define sampling strategy to meet production, process control, and quality needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
