Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Administration professional to coordinate meter readings with external vendors and internal teams in Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries related to metering and billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

Role includes inventory management of in-house meters, daily workflow coordination with vendors, and participation in job rotation to support administrative and operational duties within the function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely meter readings and records.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues relating to metering, readings and billing discrepancies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot meter reading errors to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution.
• Manage the inventory of in-house meters, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate, up-to-date records.
• Coordinate daily operational workflows relating to tenants' periodic meter readings, meter information and related activities.
• Monitor outstanding cases and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for metering activities and transactions.
• Support the Contract Administration function through job rotation and assist with related administrative and operational duties as required.
