Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. seeks a Trade Operation Associate (Metal) to conduct market research and analyze data while developing information management models and automating data collection to improve reporting efficiency.

You will participate in and oversee the execution of manganese and chrome ore contracts, ensuring accuracy, and complete data entry for internal ERP and CTRM systems. Strong English and Chinese, plus familiarity with trade finance basics, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for liaising with China counterparts.
• Experience with trade finance concepts (UCP600, ISBP) preferred.
• At least 1 year in trade execution; commodity trading preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong time management, independent and team-oriented, and good communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP and OA systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain information management models, automate data collection processes, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Participate in and oversee the execution of manganese and chrome ore contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness of execution.
• Complete data entry for internal ERP and CTRM systems.
• Assist in completing all internal compliance management related matters.
• Promising candidates have the possibility to advance to a junior trader.
