You will conduct user research, gather internal requirements and translate findings into practical recommendations, while monitoring industry developments and producing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business studies, Research, History, Social Science or any relevant.
• Able to commit till 31 Mar 2027.
• Conduct user research to understand users' needs, behaviours and challenges when searching for information.

Responsibilities

• Support the redesign and improvement of an online information catalogue to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research to understand users' needs, behaviours and challenges when searching for information.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Review how information is organised, connected and displayed to improve search and content discovery.
• Analyse current workflows, processes and data usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor relevant industry developments and prepare research findings, reports and project documentation.
