USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Content Specialist to lead content strategy and web copy across government-style digital services. You will audit, rewrite, and structure content for accessibility and clarity while coordinating with UI/UX teams and developers.

The role emphasizes plain-language writing, information architecture, and SEO best practices to improve user journeys and governance of content across digital assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Strategy, Web Content, UX Writing, Digital Content, or Copywriting.
• Experience writing and restructuring content for websites or digital platforms.
• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content organisation skills.
• Understanding of plain-language and user-centred writing principles.
• Experience auditing website content and developing content recommendations.
• Knowledge of information architecture, content hierarchy, and user journeys.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG principles relevant to content.
• Understanding of SEO and web metadata (titles, descriptions, headings, alt text).
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder communication and content presentation skills.

• Audit existing website content to identify outdated or unnecessary information.
• Review structure and recommend improvements to content organisation and user journeys.
