Job summary

Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply is seeking an MES Specialist/Senior Engineer to support and optimize the OpCenter Pharma MES at the Modulus Singapore facility. You will manage operations, configuration, and master data, ensuring compliant production execution and EBR workflows.

The role requires hands-on MES experience, GMP and data integrity knowledge, and collaboration with QA, MFG, and Digital teams. Based in Singapore with on-call rotations and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–10 years of experience supporting or administering an MES in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on OpCenter Pharma experience.

Responsibilities

• MES Operations & Support: ensure availability, reliability, and performance for production execution and EBR workflows.
• PI Modeling & Master Data Management: execute PI changes and maintain data governance rules.
• Investigations, Deviations & Compliance: support investigations and CAPA in line with GMP requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation: work with MFG/QA/Smart Factory & Digital teams; maintain SOPs and design specs.
