Shoopee Singapore is seeking a motivated intern for the Business Development and Partnerships team. You will support local merchant acquisition, onboard service point partners, and help expand Shopee's reach across Singapore.

You will create training materials, maintain partner information in SPX, and communicate with internal teams to uphold service standards. This internship offers hands-on experience in partnerships, analytics, and field outreach, with a flexible 3-6 month duration.

Responsabilidades

• Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners.
• Produce training materials and guide partners on SPX features.
• Maintain service point information and system settings.
• Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners and internal teams.
• Consolidate monthly billings and trackers.
• Perform cold calling duties as needed.
