Job summary

EPOS, backed by Ant International, is a leading POS digital solutions provider, delivering O2O digital, payment, and banking solutions to SMEs worldwide through Antom. We’re expanding in Southeast Asia and seek a role to support merchant onboarding and day-to-day operations.

You’ll handle onboarding tasks, assist in activation tracking, ensure accurate data entry, and follow SOPs. Fresh graduates welcome; English communication is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of operations or customer service processes.
• Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding (documentation, setup, basic training)
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic merchant inquiries
• Assist in tracking activation status and onboarding progress
• Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
• Follow SOPs to ensure process compliance and consistency
• Escalate issues or delays to senior team members
