Job summary

LAND GALAXY PTE. LTD. is seeking a field verifier to confirm partner merchants’ operations across Singapore and keep merchant records up to date.

You will travel across the island to verify activity, capture storefront photos, and ensure timely data uploads to support payment acquirers’ information management. Your work will require clear bilingual reporting in English and Chinese, independent scheduling, and a proactive, customer‑friendly approach while engaging with merchants and team members

Qualifications

• Basic communication in English and Chinese.

• Update merchant information including name, address, and storefront photos to maintain accurate records.
• Complete daily and weekly workloads on time, ensuring all merchant data is accurate and uploaded promptly to the platform.
• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to report findings and coordinate updates.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude by managing your schedule and completing tasks independently in the field.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and polite demeanor when interacting with merchants and team members.
• Carry out field visits across various locations in Singapore to fulfill verification duties.

Job Summary

You will verify partner merchants’ operations across Singapore, update merchant details accurately, and ensure timely data uploads to support payment acquirers’ merchant information management.

Compensation
