Pandora is looking for a Merchandising Director to lead our merchandising strategy in the Asia Cluster. This is a high-impact role within our Merchandising department, based in the region and reporting directly to the General Manager. With managerial responsibility and a scope that includes regional travel, you’ll be at the forefront of driving financial planning, product performance, and strategic growth across all collections and channels.
As Merchandising Director, you’ll lead a team of talented merchandising professionals and work closely with both global and regional stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure our product offering is not only aligned with Pandora’s brand values but also tailored to meet the evolving demands of the local market.
