Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks an Associate (QS) for MEP Project & Development Services to lead a Quantity Surveying team and deliver high-value cost consultancy across data centre, residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors.

You will mentor QS staff, develop business opportunities and ensure quality project delivery within timelines and budget, while collaborating with inter-team stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field; ten years’ experience in a similar Cost Consultancy position
• RICS / AAIQS / SISV qualifications preferred
• Experience in pre-construction and construction phase projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Clear leadership and mentorship capabilities for QS teams

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead a QS team and deliver high-value projects on time and within budget
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture client relationships
• Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy from inception to completion
• Oversee and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors
• Deputize for the Director in office management and resource planning
• Ensure staff are trained, progress and standards are met to client requirements
