Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking an Executive MEP Quantity Surveyor or Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and commercial management on major MEP scopes in Singapore. You will manage cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost reporting across multiple projects.

The role requires a degree in QS/MEP, 6+ years of QS experience (10 for senior), familiarity with BIM, CostX and Glodon, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree required in QS/MEP or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' QS experience in Singapore for the Executive QS role, and 10 years for the Senior QS role.
• Experience in cost consultancy would be an advantage.
• Singapore-based or Singaporean preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cost and commercial aspects of MEP works throughout the project lifecycle, including cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract administration and construction cost control.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, cost reports, valuations, variation assessments and final accounts.
• Support contractor procurement activities, including tender evaluation and commercial assessments.
• Administer change control processes and monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and cost consultants across multiple projects to support successful project delivery.
