Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination or related field.
• Relevant MEP/building services or BIM qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and coordination protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for coordination, constructability and completeness.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination between MEP, architectural and structural teams.
• Identify clashes and coordinate timely resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Lead or support BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue/action tracking.
• Review model revisions and ensure agreed coordination changes are incorporated.
• Maintain project BIM standards, modelling procedures and coordination protocols.
• Support preparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and BIM deliverables.
• Communicate technical coordination issues clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and support timely submission of coordinated information.
