Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination or related role.
• Relevant MEP/building services or BIM qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary model reviews and coordination.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit MEP; Navisworks or similar clash-detection tools an advantage.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications and construction requirements.
• Good problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple coordination issues and project deadlines.
• Singapore project experience will be preferred; willingness to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for coordination, constructability and completeness.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination between MEP, architectural and structural teams.
• Identify clashes and coordinate timely resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Lead or support BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue/action tracking.
• Review model revisions and ensure agreed coordination changes are incorporated.
• Maintain project BIM standards, modelling procedures and coordination protocols.
• Support preparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and BIM deliverables.
• Communicate technical coordination issues clearly to engineers, modelers, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and support timely submission of coordinated information.
