Job summary

Chinese Development Assistance Council in Singapore invites applications for the Senior Manager / Assistant Director to lead the Mentoring Department as it grows across more schools. The role focuses on leadership, management and developing staff while deepening cross-department integration under One CDAC.

You will drive strategic initiatives, codify core mentoring practices, build partnerships and ensure quality as the model expands.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years in youth development, mentoring or community work with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to codify practice for replication across sites and staff.
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-department environment is advantageous.
• For AD level, evidence of leadership scope beyond direct delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental portfolios and strategic initiatives with effective delivery.
• Codify mentoring practices into frameworks, training materials and standards.
• Represent Mentoring in One CDAC discussions and collaborate with other department leads.
• Supervise, coach and develop staff and monitor wellbeing.
• Support cross-site programme expansion and partnerships.
