Job summary

FLEXXON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product/Project Manager to oversee memory storage products and drive market strategy. You will coordinate with R&D and cross-functional teams to launch features and communications.

The role requires strong presentation and bilingual English/Chinese skills, plus 3–5 years of PM experience. You will analyze market needs, manage knowledge and automate workflows to boost revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related major.
• Fluent English and Chinese for liaison with associates in China.
• 3–5 years of product or project management experience.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems preferred.
• Strong business sense to drive outcomes and revenue growth.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and practices.
• Understanding of automation and AI technologies to improve workflows.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong analytical and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Present memory products (USB, SSD, MicroSD, etc.) and respond to customer inquiries.
• Conduct market research and competition analysis to shape product strategy.
• Design and manage product communications including announcements, use cases, and reference materials.
• Manage storage products from demand through mass production, including testing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop advanced features.
• Identify opportunities to drive product revenue with sales.
• Implement knowledge management practices to share information effectively.
• Integrate automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Present memory product (USB, SSD, MicroSD card and etc ) and solution in response to customer enquiries and problems.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and competition to formulate product strategy.
• Design and manage product communications, including external and internal feature announcements, use cases, reference materials, and press releases.
• Manage storage products, overseeing the entire process from demand, specification, design, development, and testing to mass production.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and other cross-functional counterparts to drive the development of advanced features and technology.
• Apply strong business sense to identify and capitalize on opportunities that drive product success and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies that support revenue generation in collaboration with the sales team.
• Implement knowledge management practices to ensure the effective use and sharing of information.
• Integrate automation and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related major.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as this role involves liaising with our associates in China.
• 3-5 years of product or project management experience.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is preferred.
• Strong business sense and ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
