You will maintain regular engagement, act as the primary contact for inquiries and feedback, proactively connect members with events and experiences, identify disengagement risks, and keep CRM records up to date.

• Maintain regular, meaningful and professional engagement with members.
• Act as a key point of contact for member enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Proactively connect members with relevant Club events, dining, wine and other experiences.
• Identify disengagement or retention risks and take appropriate proactive action.
• Support member referrals and appropriate introductions to prospective members.
• Maintain accurate CRM/member profiles, interaction notes and follow-up actions.
• Provide regular updates on engagement, feedback, retention risks and relationship opportunities.
