The role covers recruiting members, delivering engaging programs, managing member records, and supporting events and communications.

Responsibilities include developing membership materials, coordinating webinars, maintaining databases, and liaising with government agencies, partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience managing two to three diverse projects simultaneously.
• Highly organised, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-focused environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with webinar platforms.
• Able to take initiative and be goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of new members and development of engagement programs.
• Identify and cultivate new members and retain current members.
• Develop creative and engaging membership marketing materials.
• Responsible for all aspects of member record maintenance.
• Updates and distribute information to current and prospective members.
• Promote and market programmes/events.
• Create, implement and oversee membership customer service processes.
• Plan and prepare programme/event proposals and budgets.
• Organise and execute programmes/events and liaise with participants, members and partners.
• Prepare programme/event reports and post-event evaluations.
