Job summary

DxD Hub is seeking a Project Manager/Process Engineer to own multiple concurrent projects, driving plans, resources, and cross-team coordination within a regulated MedTech environment in Singapore.

You will lead project management activities from proposal to delivery, optimize processes across development and operations, and ensure alignment with ISO 13485 requirements and user/clinical needs. Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects through full lifecycle—from proposal to delivery.
• Strong planning, resource, milestone, and risk management skills.
• Experience writing project proposals (scope, schedule, resourcing, budget).
• Familiarity with PM tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Project management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of multiple projects with timelines and plans.
• Track resources and budget across projects, coordinating allocation.
• Surface risks early and drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, quality and operations.
• Prepare project proposals covering scope, milestones, resourcing and budget.
