Job summary

DxD Hub seeks a Project Manager/Process Engineer to own multiple projects, driving planning, resources, and cross-team coordination while optimising processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role requires understanding of TPP/PRD and operating in a regulated MedTech environment.

The successful candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, align with user and clinical needs, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or life-science field.
• 5–10 years in project management and/or process/product development.
• Experience in regulated environments and ISO 13485.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of TPP and PRD methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of multiple concurrent projects from proposal to delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workplans across projects.
• Track resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies; coordinate across functions.
• Prepare project proposals covering scope, milestones, resourcing, and budget.
• Identify and drive process improvements to raise efficiency, quality, and cost.
