Job summary

Cygnus Med, the Singapore-based R&D arm of Furui Medical Science, seeks a hybrid role combining business development and clinical solutions. You will engage hospitals, doctors, and researchers while understanding software, data workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will drive clinical collaborations, validate pilots, and translate clinical needs into product requirements. You will work with software, AI, and data engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects, manage stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in medtech, digital health, medical devices, healthcare business development, clinical solutions, product management, or a similar cross-functional role.
Proven ability to engage hospitals, clinicians, research teams, or healthcare partners and move discussions into concrete projects.
Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with software, AI, and data teams, and to translate clinical or business needs into clear product requirements.
Strong project ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, international, and fast-moving environment.
Fluent in English. Mandarin is an advantage for collaboration with China-based partners.

Responsibilities

Hospital Partnership & Research Coordination: identify and develop relationships with hospitals, surgeons, clinical researchers and medtech partners.
Clinical Solutions & Project Delivery: translate clinical workflows into product requirements and lead demonstrations with partners.
Coordinate clinical validation, data collection, annotation, and pilot projects with hospitals with clear timelines and deliverables.
Work with software, AI, and data engineers to align clinical needs with product development and deployment.
Market & Commercial Development: identify adopters, analyze adoption barriers, and design pilots and pricing strategies.
