Petra, a new Mediterranean dining concept in Dempsey, Singapore, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will assist senior chefs in daily operations, prepare Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 or equivalent.
• Interest in Mediterranean cuisine and learning new techniques.
• Willingness to contribute and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook Mediterranean-inspired dishes with consistency and quality.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness, and proper labelling of ingredients.
• Support inventory handling and storage practices.
• Ensure food safety and Hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
