Job summary

SINGAPORE NATIONAL EYE CENTRE PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a Medical Social Work (MSW) support role within the MSW team. You will assist in obtaining patient basic information for assessments and provide administrative support to MSWs.

You will also prepare monthly statistics and manage petty cash floats for patient-related funds, contributing to efficient department operations and patient care. The role requires teamwork, proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a GCE 'A' level and above.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience.
• Able to work proactively and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Patient Intake: obtains and updates patients’ records into MSW system.
• Administrative Support: maintain department's filing system, office supplies, Petty Cash float for Patients’ fund, patients’ transport reimbursements, payment to external vendors, raise bill amendments.
• Other duties as assigned: participates in and/or takes responsibility for projects and activities which support the goals of the department and hospital as assigned by MSW Lead and above.

Job description
