Job summary

Lucence is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support cancer care advances through precision oncology, diagnostics, and genomics. You will collaborate across clinical, commercial, and research teams to shape medical strategy, education, and evidence generation in Singapore and beyond.

You will engage KOLs, deliver education on MRD and MCED, and contribute to investigator-led studies while supporting advisory boards and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory boards, educational events, and clinical study programs.
• Lead real-world data initiatives and collaborate on investigator-led research.
• Integrate insights across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Clinical teams to refine strategy.
• Represent the organization at conferences and contribute to regional and global scientific efforts.

Job description

In this Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role, you will focus on improving cancer care through advanced diagnostics and personalized medicine. You’ll support medical strategy, education, and evidence generation in precision oncology. You’ll work across teams—from clinical to commercial—to advance genomic services and cancer diagnostics in Singapore and beyond.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Engage KOLs in oncology, haematology, and pathology to drive awareness of genomic testing and diagnostics
• Deliver scientific education on MRD, MCED, therapy selection, and other precision oncology tools
• Support advisory boards, educational events, and clinical study programs
• Lead real-world data initiatives and collaborate on investigator-led research
• Integrate insights across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Clinical teams to refine strategy
• Represent the organization at conferences and contribute to regional and global scientific efforts

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• MD/PhD/PharmD in oncology, genetics, or molecular biology
• 2–4 years of experience in medical affairs in oncology/diagnostics
• Strong grasp of NGS, liquid biopsy, MRD, and MCED technologies
• Skilled communicator with experience engaging HCPs and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating both Singapore/APAC and global healthcare environments
• Analytical, empathetic, and effective working independently and collaboratively
