Job summary

Lucence is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support cancer care advances through precision oncology, diagnostics, and genomics. You will collaborate across clinical, commercial, and research teams to shape medical strategy, education, and evidence generation in Singapore and beyond.

You will engage KOLs, deliver education on MRD and MCED, and contribute to investigator-led studies while supporting advisory boards and conferences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals and teams.
• Experience presenting scientific data to diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable medical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs in oncology, haematology, and pathology to drive awareness of genomic testing and diagnostics.
• Deliver scientific education on MRD, MCED, therapy selection, and other precision oncology tools.
• Support advisory boards, educational events, and clinical study programs.
• Lead real-world data initiatives and collaborate on investigator-led research.
• Integrate insights across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Clinical teams to refine strategy.
• Represent the organization at conferences and contribute to regional and global scientific efforts.
