Job summary

Mediconsult Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a professional sales representative to promote medical devices by visiting customers, supporting in the operating room, and driving growth in an assigned territory. You will provide technical training and build relationships with hospital staff and management.

The role emphasizes visiting customers regularly, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, and offering ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Able to attend cases and provide support in the operating room.
• Fresh graduates welcome, no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and/or potential customers regularly to promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under guidance of the Manager.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
• Establish business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and staff.
• Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager monthly and yearly using available tools.
• Represent company values and integrity.

About the role

Develop as a professional sales representative in the medical device industry by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals. You will visit customers and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services, manage existing and acquire new customers in an assigned territory, and provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager

• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under close supervision and guidance of the Manager

• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according with company goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools

• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room

• Establish business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff

• Analyze and report to the Manager on a monthly and yearly basis the market and business feedback by using all available support tools

• Represent Company values and integrity

About you

• Ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows, conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• Able to attend cases and provide support in the operating room

• No sales experience / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
