Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Coordinator for Singapore who will plan and coordinate weekly and monthly production schedules with manpower considerations. You will ensure cleanroom operations and contribute to quality control through SOP adherence.

The role requires a Diploma, at least 1 year in manufacturing, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Shift work is required (Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm or 8pm-5:30am).

Qualifications

• Good communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom uniform.
• Able to perform shift work (Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm / 8pm-5:30am).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly production and manpower schedules.
• Set and implement cGMP‑aligned SOPs for quality and process control.
• Prepare reports on rework, scrap, deviations, validation, and changes.
• Develop process flow structures and capacity/ability records.
• Initiate and execute work improvement programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
