V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a paramedic/EM care professional to perform telephone triage of emergency calls, provide medical advice using approved protocols, and support pre-arrival instructions.

You will use video communication to assist patient assessment, review call recordings, and contribute to audits and records. The role also supports training and updates to clinical protocols.

Competenze

• Polytechnic Diploma or higher, Higher NITEC in Paramedicine & Emergency Care, or International Baccalaureate.
• 2 years nursing experience in an emergency setting with Singapore Nursing Board registration, or Level 3 Paramedic with emergency medical experience.
• Good communication and computer skills; able to make timely clinical decisions.
