Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Contract Manufacturing Automation Engineer (Medical Device) to design and enhance manufacturing automation at the Changi Singapore Plant. This onsite role requires hands-on programming and project coordination to deliver Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives and improve processes.

You will work onsite under a 12-month renewable contract, earning up to SGD 6,200 per month, with strong emphasis on GMP practices, robotics and AI-enabled tooling.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Programming experience required.
• Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 projects and AI-assisted programming preferred.
• Experience with robotics foundation models, VLM, VLA or LLM applications advantageous.
• GMP/Good Documentation Practices knowledge in medical device environment advantageous.
• CAD and MS Project experience advantageous.
• FDA medical device regulatory knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute experiments, testing and validation protocols.
• Analyse validation results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Support automation and manufacturing technology projects.
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Develop work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing risks and issues.
• Support Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives involving robotics, AI and digitalisation.
