Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering II, Manufacturing professional for a 12 months renewable contract in Singapore. Responsibilities include designing manufacturing equipment, conducting experiments, and developing documentation.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year engineering background, strong programming (Python/Power BI/C#), and familiarity with Industry 4.0 with GMP/GDP/FDA exposure. Experience with robotics, AI tools in office workflows, and CAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI and other programming languages.
• C# programming knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience with robotics models and LLMs for industrial use is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0/5.0 tech and AI-assisted programming.
• Strong automated equipment troubleshooting and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing; GMP and GDP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office including MS Project; CAD experience is helpful.
• Excellent documentation, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Design equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and run experiments to qualify and validate processes.
• Write and execute testing protocols and prepare technical reports.
• Create training and documentation materials, including work instructions.
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
• Gather validation data and support automation and process projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce manufacturing risks.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process improvements.
• Apply automation, robotics and AI-assisted tech to operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
