Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics Engineer to join our innovation team.

You will develop and implement controls strategies for complex mechatronic and digital solutions, collaborating with on-site and global teams to drive hardware concepts and electronics development for proof-of-concept and new product launches. Ideal candidates have a master’s in Mechatronics/Electronics and 4+ years in related fields, with strong skills in MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, and embedded hardware.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics or similar with 4+ years in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Experience in technology and innovation with an interest in advanced tech commercialization.
• Experience in developing and commercializing new products enabled by differentiating technologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply and expand deep mechatronics and digital solution knowledge on complex projects.
• Analyze state-of-the-art technologies for potential solutions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams for product development.
• Lead proof-of-concept systems and value technology projects.
• Develop enterprise hardware platforms for mechatronics and IoT solutions.
