Job summary

TUV SUD PSB PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Tester to support Executive Engineer/Manager in evaluating Building and Industrial products against international standards.

You will set up test fixtures, document simple reports, and ensure laboratories and equipment are maintained to high standards. The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work under time pressure, with fresh NITEC/Higher NITEC candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, 1–2 years experience; fresh candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Engineer/Manager to conduct testing and evaluations on Building and Industrial products to ensure compliance to international standards.
• Set-up test fixtures for customized test procedures.
• Prepare simple standard test reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments on testing requirements.
• Upkeep of the laboratories, equipment and test facilities.
• Familiarity with standards and have the practical knowledge.
