Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks an experienced ACMV Project Manager in Singapore to lead multidisciplinary teams from planning through commissioning. You will ensure quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery while coordinating complex documentation and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' ACMV installation and project management experience with an M&E subcontractor, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years' ACMV installation and project management experience with an M&E subcontractor.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office; good knowledge of ACMV codes and standards.

• Manage ACMV projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate project documentation, submissions, claims, variation orders, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee testing & commissioning, system handover, as-built drawings, and defect liability activities.
