Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOW and BoQ preparation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender site walks to assess project requirements.
• Lead site surveys for accurate data collection.
• Develop detailed scope of work documentation and bills of quantities.
• Review and compare vendors' quotations.
• Monitor and control materials usage to minimize waste.
