Job summary

Lumilens Inc. is looking for a Product Quality & Test Reliability Engineer in Singapore to own the technical vision for photonic products. You will work with a world-class team and drive the reliability execution for critical components like Silicon Photonics and lasers.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and has a strong background in photonics device physics, along with hands-on experience in reliability testing. The position promises competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in photonics device physics, packaging, and failure mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with reliability test systems (HTOL, HAST, T/H, TC).

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability execution for photonic components including Silicon Photonics ICs.
• Partner with R&D to provide reliability input during product development.
• Conduct accelerated life testing and failure analysis.
