Job summary

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Lead M&E to manage the maintenance and engineering team, oversee daily operations, and drive project execution while coordinating with contractors and internal teams. The role emphasizes compliance with safety and regulatory standards and effective stakeholder communication.

You will provide technical guidance, monitor vendor performance, and ensure thorough documentation of activities, with emphasis on timely, within-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent with minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, e.g.: Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination; Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works; Green Building Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and engineering works.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
