Job summary

Neste, a global leader in renewable fuels, seeks an Analyser Field Engineer II to lead field maintenance execution for analyzers at the Singapore Tuas Refinery. You will troubleshoot analyzers, supervise maintenance activities, and collaborate with operations, HSSEQ and contractors to ensure reliable performance.

The role focuses on safe, high-quality, on-time execution and continuous improvements in analyzer reliability and efficiency within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Must have Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering degree and minimum 7 years in oil, gas & petrochemical analyzer role.
• Experience with maintenance, projects or turnaround execution is required.
• Proficient in SAP or CMMS for maintenance execution and planning.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall field maintenance execution of analyzers on site.
• Provide frontline technical troubleshooting and problem solving for analyzers.
• Drive improvements for analyzer reliability, availability and accuracy.
• Drive execution productivity and cost saving in maintenance activities.
• Promote personal safety culture and ensure on-site safety compliance.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, resource allocation, and job discussions for scheduled work.
• Oversee third-party contractors and service providers and coordinate with operations/planners.
