KLA in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join the Mechanical Engineering team and assist in developing and testing next-generation metrology tools. You'll define requirements, create specifications, run test plans, analyze performance, and document results.

Proficiency with Creo or SolidWorks and strong teamwork are valued as you contribute from day one. This internship offers hands-on experience in precision engineering within a global leader in semiconductor inspection

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with CAD modeling tools such as Creo or SolidWorks (coursework or projects count).
Exposure to precision engineering, robotics or electromechanical systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

Assist in defining requirements and developing specifications for mechanical engineering modules.
Support the creation and execution of test plans for new designs and improvements.
Participate in troubleshooting and performance analysis of devices and subsystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review designs and test results.
Document findings and contribute to reports that support engineering decisions.
Use Creo for 3D modeling of the tool design.
