Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist on ACMV installation works at our Tuas site office. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and supporting testing and commissioning activities.

This is a permanent, full-time position with AWS and a Variable Bonus. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree and strong communication skills for on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC / ACMV systems will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer in coordinating and supervising ACMV installation works on site.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and material deliveries.
• Assist in material requisitions, quantity tracking, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Provide engineering support for site coordination and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
