Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ACMV Project Engineer based at Macpherson to oversee project execution by interpreting specifications, performing system calculations, coordinating site installation and supporting testing and commissioning to meet safety and quality standards.

You will review drawings, prepare method statements and technical documentation, coordinate with trades, and manage multiple project responsibilities with a proactive, independent yet collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in ACMV project execution, preferably within industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, technical coordination and project management capabilities.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a project team.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple project responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review contract specifications, technical drawings and client requirements to ensure proper project execution.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings and inspection checklists in line with project requirements and quality standards.
• Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations for system design and optimisation.
• Carry out technical calculations for kitchen hood, exhaust and staircase pressurisation systems.
• Coordinate ACMV installation works with architectural, electrical, plumbing and other project trades.
• Prepare technical documentation and submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims and abortive works.
• Support testing, balancing and commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of as-built drawings and technical documentation upon project completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.

Job Overview
