Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee metal manufacturing and fabrication operations, ensure drawings and specs are met, and coordinate with production staff on work arrangements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience; you will monitor equipment, drive process improvements, perform quality checks, and uphold safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities
