Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee metal manufacturing and fabrication operations, ensure drawings and specs are met, and coordinate with production staff on work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily metal manufacturing and fabrication activities.
• Review drawings to ensure production meets specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production staff on work arrangements and manpower planning.
• Monitor machinery and equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Improve production processes, efficiency, and productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers on materials, equipment, and tools.
• Conduct quality checks on manufactured products.
• Prepare production and technical reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
