Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE.LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Singapore to support daily production output, quality, productivity and yield. You will lead pass-down meetings, manage line issues and coordinate with the fab teams to sustain manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in SCM/Logistics/Business, has prior Manufacturing Engineer experience, and can commit to 12-hour shifts. This full-time role is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business.
• Prior working experience as Manufacturing Engineer.
• Able to commit to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and raise line issues if any.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab.
