Job summary

APEZ CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E site coordinator to oversee mechanical works from construction through completion on Singapore projects.

You will coordinate ACMV systems, ventilation, mechanical piping and testing, while liaising with consultants, architects, clients, and subcontractors. The role requires review of drawings and shop drawings, clash resolution, and active participation in coordination meetings to meet project milestones and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Singapore construction projects, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in Condominium, Commercial, Residential, or other building projects is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical works on site from construction to completion.
• Coordinate ACMV, ventilation, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architects, Clients, Subcontractors, and other M&E teams on technical matters.
• Review drawings and shop drawings, and resolve clashes and site coordination issues.
• Monitor work progress, quality, inspections, and subcontractor performance.
• Attend coordination meetings and support the Project Team in achieving project milestones and timely completion.

Job description

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore construction projects, preferably with a Main Contractor. Experience in topping-out and project completion will be an advantage.

• Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.

• Experience in Condominium, Commercial, Residential, or other building projects is welcome.

• Good experience in coordinating ACMV, ventilation, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and other mechanical works.

• Able to coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Clients, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection teams, and Subcontractors.

• Able to review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications, identify clashes, and resolve technical/site issues.

• Familiar with material submissions, method statements, inspections, testing & commissioning, and consultant comments.

• Good knowledge of Singapore construction requirements and M&E coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
