Job summary

SF (2018) CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee on-site mechanical works from construction to completion on Singapore projects.

The role requires coordination of ACMV, ventilation, mechanical piping, and installation activities, with frequent liaison to Consultants, Architects, Clients, and Subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Singapore construction, strong English communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Singapore construction projects, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in A&A projects preferred.
• Familiar with ACMV, ventilation, ME piping, equipment installation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Clients and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical works on site from construction to completion.
• Coordinate ACMV, ventilation, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architects, Clients, Subcontractors, and other M&E teams on technical matters.
• Review drawings and shop drawings, and resolve clashes and site coordination issues.
• Monitor work progress, quality, inspections, and subcontractor performance.
• Attend coordination meetings and support the Project Team in achieving project milestones and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore construction projects, preferably with a Main Contractor. Experience in topping-out and project completion will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in Condominium, Commercial, Residential, or other building projects is welcome.
• Good experience in coordinating ACMV, ventilation, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and other mechanical works.
• Able to coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Clients, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection teams, and Subcontractors.
• Able to review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications, identify clashes, and resolve technical/site issues.
• Familiar with material submissions, method statements, inspections, testing & commissioning, and consultant comments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction requirements and M&E coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
