Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator for M&E implementations in Singapore. The role involves managing documentation, planning resources, and coordinating with main contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to end.

You will oversee schedules, progress updates, and site activities, while preparing drawings and supporting bids. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational, planning and follow-up abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project documentation, reports, drawings, schedules, requisitions and risk assessments from project commencement to completion.
• Assist with project planning, including manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Monitor project costs and resource utilisation to support budget control.
• Coordinate project activities with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, building owners and other stakeholders.
• Supervise technicians and workers and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical/project drawings in accordance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate and organised project records and documentation.
• Prepare project schedules, activity reports and progress updates.
• Support the preparation of quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Assist in identifying and recommending suitable works or solutions to customers.
• Attend site surveys and provide project coordination support when required.
• Support effective resource planning and productivity throughout project execution.
