Job summary

EWC PROFESSIONAL HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Client Manager to lead M&E and related engineering projects in Singapore. You will ensure client satisfaction, monitor progress, and align outcomes with company objectives.

The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering, strong English, and at least two years in an M&E consulting firm. AutoCAD/BIM skills are advantageous and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum 2 years in an M&E consulting environment.
• Knowledge of design and building projects and relevant codes.
• Experience with AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage.
• Able to work in a team and be proactive.
• Candidates without experience but good interpersonal skills may be considered.

• Manage client projects to meet company objectives and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and report status to seniors and Finance.
• Ensure efficient project execution and teamwork.

Job description

Project Client Management:

• Excellent execution of project towards company objectives and client satisfaction.
• Good understanding of job nature
• Monitor progress of project and update project status to Superior & Finance Department
• Being efficient & manage project efficientcy

Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of local code requirements
• Good engineering knowledges in relation to company services offered (eg.M&E professional services, Green Mark Related work etc.)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in an M&E Consulting firm.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
• Candidate without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
