Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E project coordinator to assist in planning, documentation and collaboration with contractors and stakeholders across Singapore projects.

You will coordinate materials, manpower and schedules, monitor resources and costs, supervise technicians, prepare drawings, and contribute to tenders and proposals. A Diploma or Degree in relevant engineering with at least 2 years' experience is required, along with strong communication and office software skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E, engineering, construction or related industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good planning, organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and submit project documentation and reports throughout the lifecycle, including risk assessments and schedules.
• Assist planning and coordinating materials, equipment and manpower to meet specs and timelines.
• Monitor resources, budget and costs to support efficient execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners, consultants and stakeholders on project matters.
• Coordinate with technicians and workers to follow project requirements and schedules.
• Prepare, review and submit project drawings per specifications.
• Maintain filing and organization of project documents and drawings.
• Prepare and update project schedules and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals; recommend suitable solutions based on requirements.
• Support resource planning and maintain productivity per requirements.
• Assist with tender and quotation prep, including site surveys.

Job description

• Prepare, coordinate and submit project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessments, requisitions, schedules, drawings and progress reports.
• Assist in planning and coordinating the materials, equipment and manpower required to meet project specifications, timelines and requirements.
• Monitor project resources, budget and costs to support efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, building owners, consultants and other project stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Supervise technicians and workers to ensure work activities are carried out according to project requirements, drawings and schedules.
• Prepare, review and submit project drawings in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of project documentation, drawings, reports and records.
• Prepare and update project activity schedules and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals, and recommend suitable works or solutions to customers based on project requirements.
• Support efficient resource planning and maintain productivity in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist with tender and quotation preparation, including attending site surveys where required.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or a related discipline.
